1. First you reach out to confirm availability for your date and location.
  2. Then we set up a FaceTime or a phone call. We discuss the details, timeframe, must-haves, the vision. It's ok if some details are still pending. We can update the minor details later.
  3. After all is set, I send you the formal contract outlining the details, terms, deliverables. My contracts are designed to reassure you in receiving great experience and results.
  4. After the contract is signed, I send you the invoice for a booking retainer. Standard retainer is 50% of your total. I work with payment plans providers like Klarna and Affirm for your convenience.
  5. That's it, the booking is now confirmed. Now we share Pinterest boards, reels and other inspo. Updates are welcome at any point.
  6. Then I book a second photographer. I work with like-minded women who are trusted professionals. You don't have to do anything else here, and the cost of their work is already included.
  7. We touch base before the big day just to stay on the same page.
  8. Wedding day! I arrive early to familiarize myself with the scenery and to prepare the equipment. Taking pictures of the details, documenting the events. All by our previously agreed plan.
  9. Within 24-48 hours after the wedding you will receive the appetizer (aka sneak peeks)! These photos will be ready to share while they are still hot!
  10. In the meantime I am working on the rest of your gallery, and you receive all your photos within just 14 days! Gone are the days when wedding gallery turnaround took over three months.
  11. I patiently wait for you to relive your amazing wedding day through the photos. I am so excited to hear your feedback!
  12. You select your favorite photos that will go in your photobook.
  13. I personally design and order your photobook from one of my trusted photo printing labs. When it arrives I do a quality check and then I either hand deliver or ship the book to you!
  14. If you wish, you may order additional copies of the photobook for your families!
  15. The wedding high fades. Your happy memories stay with you forever, for the generations that will come.
