Meet the Photographer
My name is Liza
Photography has always been my deep-running love, and I dove into it on a daily basis since 2017 and never left. It is my creative outlet and a way to connect with people.
Wedding is one of my favorite things to photograph!
I love documenting real moments the most. Little tears, loud laughter, tight hugs. As an emotionally observant person I love noticing small gestures and exchanges. Of course, I help you with poses and prompts too when the time is right.
I am open to all religions and spiritual traditions. I support all love.

The Process
first meeting
After confirming the availability I suggest we do a Facetime or Zoom call. You don't have to know a lot of wedding details at this point, it's just for us to meet, talk about your love story, engagement and what brings you together! It's best if you both are on the call — this helps me find the best approach, and it creates a more relaxed connection between me and you two, gives more friendly vibes. During the call I walk you through the entire experience, so you know what to expect from working with me.
booking
I understand that the plans are still planning at the time of your inquiry. I only need to know a few basic details to book your wedding day:
- date
- venue or location
- approximate number of guests
- how many hours you think you'd need
If you have more info at this point — great, tell me everything!
Next, I send you a formal contract that outlines the said details, deliverables, turnaround and terms, and the invoice for the deposit. The standard deposit is 50% of your selected photography plan.
If you are unsure about the exact hours, we can book you with the smallest package (to secure the date) and upgrade it closer to the wedding day!
planning
One month before your wedding I send you a questionnaire that goes more into the details like the tentative timeline, family shot list, if there are any family dynamics I should be aware of etc. and more personal questions about your preferences. This ensures a smooth workflow that doesn't interfere with your wedding experience.
wedding day
This is your day! I document it in the best detail without interfering with your experience. I don't talk during emotional moments, I don't ask you to pose when you're living your experience. Your wedding is not a photoshoot.
but.
During a dedicated time for the portraits I guide you and your guests. I mix traditional heirloom portraits (when everyone is being pretty and looks into the camera), fun prompted portraits and candid moments in-between. Goofing and playing is encouraged at all times!
Delivery
- Within 48 hours after the wedding you will receive an appetizer ("sneak peeks"). You will be the first to post these photos online if you wish.
- Within 14 days you'll receive a full wedding gallery, sorted by the timeline (getting ready, first look, ceremony, congratulations, details, portraits, reception etc.).
- A separate watermarked gallery of the reception will be available to all your guests. Only you (the couple) will receive the full gallery with no watermarks, so it's up to you which photos to share and with who.
- A photobook is usually ready within 6-8 weeks after you made your selection of the photos. This depends on the photo lab availability but I do my best to place your order as soon as possible.
- Additional photobooks, wall art and prints may be ordered through your gallery, the processing time is usually 1-2 weeks.

The wedding high fades, the life keeps lifing. Your happy memories stay with you forever, for the generations that will come. And if/when they come, I am honored to document your anniversary, pregnancy, newborn baby's first smile and all your meaningful moments as your family grows.

FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! Travel expenses are included within 100 miles around Jacksonville for regular sessions, and within 200 miles for weddings. Text me with your venue/location and I'll calculate the travel fee for you.
What is expected turnaround?
Appetizer ("sneak peeks") - 24-48 hours.
Full gallery - 7-14 days.
Video - 14 days.
Photobook - 6-8 weeks since your final selection.
Can we customize a plan to fit all our needs?
Yes! Any plan can be customized, let me know your vision, and I will create a custom quote for you.
What if all we want is photos in a wedding attire?
Go ahead and book a regular photoshoots! I had a few clients who had their photos done a few days after the wedding ceremony. It's not for everyone but totally doable. It puts much less pressure on me, and it's going to be more affordable for you. Nobody's gonna know!
Can we order two photo albums?
Yes, you can either order extra copies for parents & friends right away, or receive your own first and customize the details for each receiver. Also you can order mini versions for gifting!
What is your favorite cake flavor?
Spiced Honey cake from Ukraine is always #1 for me. We call it "Medivnyk" (meh-DEE-vnik) which comes from "мед" — meaning "honey" and the name literally meaning "honey cake". It's made out of many thin and soft layers of spiced gingerbread with a vivid honey flavor and sour cream based cream. It goes great with a bit of lemon curd!
